Dear fishermen,

We've been pleased to meet you here. We know that many of you follow us on internet and we will be back next season, in May 2011 for more aventures and bigger pikes !

Unfortunately for some personal reasons I have to leave Sweden and go to back to France. The fishing is so good now, I wish I could stay... this afternoon, for my last fishing here, I caught 6 pikes within 60min and 5 perches ! Why ?? Why now ??
Maybe Gafsele doesn't want me to leave... well, I hope next time you'll be in my shoes so you can understand why this place is so magic, si fantastic !

August, the PERCH month.

 Hej hej,
Long time no see guys. Well... I'm excusable, I've been fishing a lot recently due to the very very good perch fishing we have at the moment. August and September are two really good months when it comes to target the big (I mean BIG) perches.
You will find them in 4 or 5m mainly and the biggest for the moment is 49cm... I caught 2 fish at 45cm... of course pikes stay our first target but when these big perches are there, it's difficult to resist...

Some good fishing... more than 180 pikes in a week !

We had 6 fishermen from Romania for 2 days only and these guys caught more than 100 pikes... then our french customers caught more than 60 pikes during their week.
And, at least but not last, we met 3 guys from Stockholm, ready to fight with our big perch... 4 days fishing and only one very good with more than 200 perch that day !

Gafsele, a fishing eden at Lappland Pro Natur.

Hi everybody, long time no see  :)

Well, we recently had a family and they simply LOVED the place. They already booked their next trip here at Lappland Pro Natur for 2011.

They used to fish pikes in France but not with so big lures... so I had to convice them to use bigger lures in spite of their medium/light rods.

And they succeed !
They caught a 100cm plus a 90cm and severals pikes from 30cm (yes... 30cm...) to 75cm.

We tried to find some really big ones but on small lures it's difficult...

At least we had fun  :)

Gafsele, fishing and... fishing !

  Well, to be hoest with you guys, fishing has been tuff these last 10 days... nonetheless we hooked four pikes >100cm.

  Perches were out, not all, only the big ones !!!

 But let's start with the picture of the big pike, 115cm, caught last week.
