Strong wind and big loss !

Before yesterday winds exceeding 180km / h have blown in Gafsele.
The damages are considerable in the forest. Fortunately nothing serious at Lappland Pro Natur.

The sad part is the loss of this tree near the cottage Aspen ... He was tall, he was handsome, he is good as firewood now.

2013, big pikes for happy anglers !

Dear fishermen, the blog has been slow since the season started, the main reason is the amount of work I had. I'm still in a rush but I need to let you know how good the fishing is !
4 weeks fishing and only one was bad !
We already have the following trophy pikes : 116cm, 114cm, 110cm x 3, 108cm, 106cm x 3, 105cm x 2 ! Of course many fish over 90cm. I said many... this year, pike seem to be fat and powerful compare to last year. Who cares ?  :)  They give us a good time !

Fo the latest news... 2 pikes of 106cm these last days and a 45cm perch :-)
